Gift Card Terms And Conditions

1. Validity: Our gift cards do not expire and remain valid until the full balance has been used.
2. Fees: No additional fees, including but not limited to inactivity, maintenance, or dormancy fees, will be charged for the possession or use of this gift card.
3. Cash Redemption: In accordance with California Civil Code §1749.5(b)(2), gift cards with a remaining balance of $10 or less may be redeemed for cash upon request.
4. Replacement Of Lost Or Stolen Cards: If your gift card is lost or stolen, please contact us with proof of purchase. A replacement card may be issued for a nominal fee not exceeding $5 to protect the remaining balance.
5. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California. By purchasing or using this gift card, you agree to these terms and conditions.
